Tasting Notes
Cherry is the defining feature on the nose; whilst in the mouth juiciness rules the roost - at the beginning, beautiful soft fruit with notes of nougat, then the still youthful, fresh tannins take hold giving the wine structure in combination with the lively acidity. A wine with certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingDelicate red berry aromas, particularly raspberry, mingle with a restrained woody spice, chocolatey notes of ageing, and also some slightly peppery undertones. In the mouth there's a very fresh and at the same time fine tannin structure with delicate drive. It's incredibly juicy and subtly mineral. Elegant style.
