The red wine Bermersheim Spätburgunder, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Neef-Emmich has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The powerful nose reveals ripe fruit, cherry and raspberry, almond and wood notes, also herbs. Spicy attack on the palate with a strong structure and distinctive tannins, slightly bitter, good consistency and length, with strong meat dishes.
