The white wine «Réserve« Bockenheim Schlossberg Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Neiss has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Wood and the first signs of maturity define the aroma: some caramel, quince, fresh barrel butter, a pinch of black pepper. The palate has fullness and volume, is densely filled with fine extract: with ripe phenolics packed in texture without being broad.
