The sekt NV »Blanc de Blancs« brut nature from the winery Weingut Neiss has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay
Pale golden yellow in colour with classic mousse. The recognisable tertiary note is accompanied by fine fruit. On the palate, aromas of yellow apple, star fruit, lime zest and pineapple blend perfectly with the acidity. Fine phenolic flavours accompany the very good finish. Wonderfully dry.
More about the tastingOn the nose, aromas of brioche, banana leaves, pineapple, lemon peel, white flowers and a hint of fennel. On the palate, the wine has a fine mousse, with a high acidity, in a beautiful harmony of fruitiness, extract and phenolics.
