Tasting Notes
On the nose herbal savoury aromas, it is ethereal, with just a little berry fruit, and is almost entirely on the spicy side of the aromatic spectrum. Almost floatingly light-bodied on the palate, with a mineral foundation, a fine thread of acidity, and a good amount of supportive tannins in carefully chosen quantities. It is a Pinot aimed entirely at delicacy with a juicy, finely spicy finish.
More about the tastingClosed: Almond, juniper. Elegance on the palate, lots of juiciness, but also a powerful body, the full-bodied counterweight is sufficient to ensure the transition to a light-hearted, fruit-driven finish. Dense, built on potential.
