Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

A complex nose of quince, oranges, stone and pome fruit and lemon zest. Savoury notes of walnut shell and ground rock in the background. On the palate it's austere, with a mineral savouriness. Citrus, stone and pome fruit again are the key notes, but are discreet and supported by noticeable phenolics. Pour in a large glass for this Renaissance style wine.
