Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

A typical field blend, and not an aromatic grenade, with a fairly arduous chore identifying the aroma from these varieties. One can detect scents of caraway and emerging notes of something ripe and something green. Then on the palate a burst of pithy acidity and at the same time immense juiciness. Very exciting and polarising, extraordinary!
