Yeasty and terroir-spicy on the nose, with spontaneous fermentation flavours, oat flakes and damp stone. On the palate, very consistent: a soft start, then silky, round, yet full-bodied and accompanied by a finely chiselled acidity that remains homogeneous for a long time and leads to a clearly mineral finish.
