Tasting Notes
Very reductive on the nose. Bitter almond. Please don't despair because of the first impression - it's just extremely closed and needs a lot of air. Oily and supple on the palate, incredibly full-bodied and creamy, yet neither broad nor alcohol-laden, the ripe acidity and above all the minerality carry and lend liveliness and elegance.
