The red wine »Paradestück RESERVE« Kirchberg Hohenhaslach, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Notz has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Almost opaque in the glass. Intense and savoury aromas of dark berries, plums, blackberries and blackcurrants, dark nougat, smoke, wood savouriness, black pepper. Smooth and broad on the palate, on a soft background with lots of power and fullness, precise fruit, melted chocolate, the tannins in good dosage are soft and accessible, good length.
