The red wine »Zwölfstein« trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Notz has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Hohenhaslach
Rich bouquet: dark chocolate, menthol, thyme, prunes, rum sultanas. The well-extracted palate unfolds a dense, tense, but also flawlessly ripe tannin. At the moment, the wine is still youthful and closed, but the certain ageing potential for fullness and savoury development is excellent.
