A pleasantly intense bouquet with notes of ripe apple and apricot and elegant citrus. Hints of Swiss braided bread, fennel seed and summer flowers. It is fresh and invigorating on the palate, with juicy acidity and a fine mousse. It has a long, salty and creamy finish with tangy nuances and some green plum.
