It has a delicate salmon pink colour. On the nose there are aromas of red berry, sour cherry, and lemon, as well as nuances of pastry. On the palate it is very harmonious, with a fine mousse, and a beautiful interplay between discreet sweetness and lively acidity. It finishes with good length, and with smoky and berry notes.
