An overflowing, clear fragrance, rose and rose water, marzipan, nougat de Montélimar. The palate combines a fresh, dynamic mousse with a supple body accompanied by a fruity sweetness. The flavour lingers for a long time - more fruity than spicy, a very fine Gewürztraminer style.
