The white wine »Saar-Schiefer« Ayl Kupp Riesling Auslese trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Ökonomierat Petgen-Dahm has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Aroma of peach and apricot, followed by mint and fine savouriness, some orange peel and lime zest, also Mirabelle plum, hot stone. On the palate it shows with a fine, lively acidity, grippy, citrus aromas and green apple, good structure, finishes long and harmonious.
