Apricot confit, smoky notes, cinnamon stick, pear and melon, plum pulp, nutty aromas. An unusual interpretation of Chardonnay, a nutty creaminess, a seamlessly integrated acidity and cultivated phenolics, a juicy residual sweetness, notes of ripe mango and banana split.
