Aromas of vanilla, smoke and apple, hints of peach, hazelnut and sweet almond, noticeably influenced by the ageing in barriques. On the palate, a fine acidity, noticeable sweetness, ripe apple, vine peach, a touch of herbal savouriness and good length. Quite an individualistic style.
