Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate brightening on the rim. There are aromas of ripe plum, with nougat in the background, along with some herbal notes, and amarena cherry. It is juicy, firm, with a lovely acid structure, some minerality, cherry fruit on the finish, a saltiness, and well-integrated tannins. It is a versatile wine with certain ageing potential.
