Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine herbal notes, black cherry fruit, a hint of orange zest, dark minerality, delicately savoury, animalistic touch. Good complexity, juicy, tightly woven, delicate blackberry, velvety tannins, cassis on the finish, salty aftertaste, sticks well, somewhat restrained, a multi-layered food companion with development and certain ageing potential.
