Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.05.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Fresh herbs and slate, citrus fruit, a slightly yeasty Riesling. The palate has a wonderful Kabinett lightness, balanced, the sweetness is not over-accentuated, playful and juicy, with an animating acidity. The minerality tingles on the finish. An exemplary, elegant Kabinett!
