Clear, bright ruby red with brightening garnet edges. On the nose, aromas of dried rose petals, blueberry and raspberry, forest floor, slightly smoky and pronounced complexity. Direct on the palate, fine-grained, well-integrated tannins, lively acidity, with plenty of tension and drive through to the lingering finish with plenty of ageing potential.
