Tasting from 19.03.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Fragrant wine, smells of black and rosehip tea, sweet almonds, caramel and a hint of pepper. The juicy attack leads into a slight tannic astringency, and a slightly "wild" spiciness appears on the finish. Still young - with good certain ageing potential.
