The white wine Solaris IGT, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Plonerhof has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Solaris from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense pale golden yellow with a light olive green touch. Open hearted and yellow fruited nose, it is inviting with lots of peach and melon, light cassis, and is rich. Full-bodied and delicately creamy on the palate, showing nice interplay, with a lively acidity on the finish coupled with a persistent basket of fruit. It is a fine wine.
