Initially citrus aromas, with notes of preserved lemon and fresh oranges, followed by notes of fresh herbs, lemon balm, tarragon and mussel shell. Juicy on the palate, with vivid fruit, stony mineral notes, a soft base and well-integrated acidity. An animating and open style, with definite ageing potential.
