It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
On the nose, hay and yeast, ground hazelnuts. Subtle tertiary undertones. A creamy mousse on the palate, fresh and at the same time pleasantly supple. A juicy, fine acidity. Despite its slender structure, the wine has wonderful flavour and good length.
