Tasting Notes
There is ripe yellow fruit on the nose, and also some petrol and cider, as well as a wet stone note. On the palate it has a cool elegance with energetic acidity, a medium fine mousse, and a spicy minerality. It is straightforward and unaffected, with considerable length. It is a well made wine.
