Tasting Notes
On the nose, notes of ripe peach, petrol and hints of wet stone. Full-bodied on the palate with juicy fruit, a fine mousse, subtle sweetness, well-integrated ripe acidity, notes of fresh bread dough and a mineral savouriness. A sparkling wine that is ideal as an aperitif, but also great as an accompaniment to food.
