Tasting Notes
Delicate tertiary notes enrich the savoury aroma, which exposes notes of coriander grain, cumin and yellow curry. The palate reveals a taut, almost bitingly extract-rich structure, incredibly fine mousse, tingling acidity. Crystal-clear expression of the vineyard. Extremely young!
More about the tastingClearly tertiary on the nose, but then also notes of blossom honey, kumquat and apple peel. The palate shows a very fine, mild mousse, a lively but also civilised acidity, a lot of mineral interplay and a salty, a sparkling aftertaste even away from the carbon dioxide.
