Tasting Notes
Reductive, bitter almond notes. Very closed. The palate has delicate Riesling acidity, but also a subtle texture, which hardly leaves room for fruit or savouriness at the moment. With power and drive, and weightless depth, it somehow almost seems like a red wine in disguise, but it is also far from being an orange wine because everything is ethereal and fine, elevating it to the highest intensity.
