A smoky, mineral aroma. On the palate, the wine exudes a certain austerity, possessing more than just light green tones, but the texture and saltiness give this tension something very animating. Excellent length.
More about the tastingMineral stone notes, basalt, followed by some very subtle citrus and yellow fruit. On the palate, a firm acidity, silky structure, medium weight, a somewhat less tactile minerality than the aroma promises.
