Tasting Notes
Subtle wood, some yeast. The palate starts with a distinctive sweetness, countered by a juicy acidity, the tension remains dominant, which is reinforced by mineral accents. Needs a suitable food accompaniment - and bottle ageing.
More about the tastingThe aroma is restrained in its intensity, but complex in its structure: some wood, notes of spice box, sandalwood, aniseed and marjoram, also nutty varietal aromas, roasted sesame. On the palate the substance and body blend harmoniously, everything is still compact and undeveloped, a crisp acidity meets fruitiness and tactile minerality on the finish.
