Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Already many a good Riesling kan from the Randersackerer Muschalkalkland, and this is no exception. In the nose little primary fruit, but with anise and caraway thanks to the steamed wood rather on the SAVOURY side. Present in the mouth, fine fruit, very nice textural density.
