The aroma shows intensity and terpenic depth: with smoky and yeasty notes, nutmeg and lavender, rosemary blossom and rose. The impression on the palate is also lasting: a striking acidity contrasts the powerful structure, mealy phenolics coat the palate and the finish picks up the spiciness of the fragrance.
