Expressive bouquet with notes of ripe, yellow-fleshed fruit, mirabelle plum, a bit of green pear. Discreet toasted notes from the barrel: peanuts, a bit of latte and white pepper. Lots of grip on the attack, juicy, well-integrated acidity, finishes on flinty minerality.
