Tasting from 01.01.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Ruby with dark core. Smells of dark fruit, black cherry and dried plums. Also notes of allspice and pepper as well as some tobacco and mocha. Present but very fine-grained tannin on the palate, joined by ripe, juicy acidity.
