Tasting Notes
Mineral-toned, ripe spices: yeast, sliced apple, iron, and milk chocolate. On the palate very supple: round and silky with soft mousse, fine acidity and mineral, slightly soapy and salty sensation. Nutty notes on the finish. A perfect Sekt: with a lot of freshness in its maturity and a gastronomic potential.
More about the tastingNuanced and very fresh aroma, a hint of yeast, hazelnut, a hint of buttery, cooked pear. Fine mousse, fresh on the palate, ripe acidity, a hint of champagne. With the difference that the minerality expresses quartzite rather than chalk.
