Die Trauben wachsen auf dem Binger Rochusberg in unseren besten Parzellen. Die nördlichste Erhebung in Rheinhessen gehört zu einem großen Quarzitriegel, der sich von Frankfurt über den Rheingau und Taunus bis in den Hunsrück erstreckt.
Die vollreifen Trauben wurden von Hand geernet und entrappt (also die Beeren vom Stielgerüst getrennt) und über 14 Tage vergoren (klassische Maischegärung). Nach der Pressung wurde der Wein teil im Barrique, teils ins Edelstahl gefüllt, wo er 6 Monate mit regelmäßiger Battonage auf der Vollhefe lagerte. Dann wurde der Wein hefetrüb abgefüllt.

Apple pie, rosemary, lavender and rose. Apricot, rose petal and lovage. Ever-changing aromas are very intriguing. Fine phenolics with wild marjoram. Balanced acidity on the palate - orange wine for everyone!
