The white wine »vom grauen Tonschiefer« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Römerhof has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Yellow late harvest fruits flow from the glass. On the palate, the wine also shows late harvest fullness, texture, the firm but also ripe acidity is buffered by comparatively vivid sweetness, which gives the fruit additional volume. Will certainly mature beautifully.
