The white wine »vom grauen Tonschiefer« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Römerhof has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Rather restrained in the aroma, mineral marked, lemon balm, Mirabelle plum, blossom honey and quince. On the palate it shows with fine, lively acidity, nice tension, grippy phenolics, accessible fresh style, lime juice, green apple, very good with spicy dishes.
