The white wine »Indigenius« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Rothe has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Intense golden yellow in colour. The nose brings ripe apricot, dried mango slices, shiitake mushrooms and some incense. The palate develops intensity in an effortless way, with lots of savouriness and juice on a soft, silky base and some very cultivated phenolics. There's a fine spiciness on the mineral finish. Still young.
