Tasting Notes
50% Pinot Gris, rest Helios and Muscaris. Nine months fermentation and skin contact in Georgian Kvevri. SO2 total 21 mg/l. Light rosé colour. Strawberry, wild strawberry, black pepper, fine acidity, taut tannin, dense, youthful-tense, plump freshness and juicy. Clearly burgundian palate fruit with compact finish, long, but still closed.
