Tasting Notes
Pear peel on the nose, quince, incense and dried fruit such as apricot, and with a note of caraway. On the palate forward with a lot of energy, a dense and tense wine, with a firm band of acidity, juicy and spicy, peppery, ripe phenolics, and a plump minerality.
