Nine months skin contact in Georgian Kvevri. Cloudy rosé. Wild strawberry, red fruit compote, pepper and mint. Taut tannin, dense, tremendous tension, plump freshness, lots of juicy berry fruit that is distinctly burgundian. Closed, but long.
