Medium ruby in colour. A nose of rosehip, sour cherry, bay leaf, currant leaf, forest floor and some smoke. On the palate there's a cultured, fine tannin structure with ripe acidity. It seems lighthearted, yet has so much depth and a significant finish suggesting lots of ageing potential.
