Dense and defined at first on the nose. Star fruit, quince, lemon curd, lime zest, honeysuckle and chalk. Pure minerality on the palate, then the finest, bright fruit and more salt. Incredible tension and drive on the palate with accentuated acidity. A touch of oyster shell on the finish, elegant and significant.
