Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 16.08.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Notes of roasted coffee beans on the nose, freshly ground hazelnuts and almonds, fine ripe mango, pear, fresh fennel, thyme, ground stone. Soft on the palate, a relaxed texture with a firm, long-lasting acidity and good tension, fine-grained phenolics, emphatically dry, with beautiful length.
