The finely woven nose reveals herbs, yellow apple and peach, also some yeast and the characteristic slate savouriness. On a soft, juicy base, clear, delicate fruit notes come together with fine spice and mineral expression, the ripe fruit acting in the foreground, the somewhat dark mineral in the background.
