The finely woven nose reveals aromas of herbs, yellow apple, and peach, with some yeast and the characteristic slate spice. On a soft, juicy base, crisp, delicate fruit notes come together with fine spice and mineral expression, the sweet fruit in the foreground, the slightly darker minerality in the background.
