Tasting Notes
Fine fruity bouquet with mirabelle plum puree, saffron and yellow apple. Hits the tongue with intense yellow fruit flavours and glides out much slimmer on the finish, underpinned by a delicate minerality. Pithy on the finish, showing the limestone minerality of the site.
More about the tastingRather quiet nose with lots of savoury nuances, anise, nettle, some white radish. On the palate follows a high elegance, almond, pear, at the same time cool in a fascinating way and with underlying bright power. The more long-lived of the two single vineyard wines.
