Tasting Notes
Golden yellow. Somewhat wild aroma structure of candied yellow plums, a hint of aniseed, fine brioche note. Juicy, full-bodied, fruity on the palate, underpinned by the delicate texture of the Tonneaux and well-integrated, noticeable acidity. A chicken fricassee is welcome here.
